Account information

The platform stores your username, email address, password hash, referral relationship, saved payout destinations, financial records and support messages. Plaintext passwords are not stored or shown to administrators.

Cookies and security

A necessary session cookie maintains sign-in and protects forms. If you choose “Keep me signed in,” a separate revocable token cookie lasts up to 30 days. Security logs may contain request information needed to investigate abuse.

Payment and email providers

Payment details are processed by OxaPay or FaucetPay as applicable. Verification emails are delivered using the operator’s configured SMTP provider. These providers apply their own policies. Do not place private keys or seed phrases in support messages.

Support and retention

Contact the operator through the support center for access, correction or deletion requests. Transaction and security records may be retained where required to resolve payment disputes or satisfy applicable obligations.
