Terms of service
Cloud contracts and USDT accounting
A confirmed deposit purchases the cloud capacity stated on the invoice. Contract pricing, referral commissions, ledger balances and payments are denominated in USDT. Principal purchases capacity and is not an available withdrawal balance. USDT is not mined or issued by this application.
Contract duration and configured credits
Lifetime means the contract has no fixed software expiry date. It does not guarantee perpetual operation, profitability, liquidity or returns. Rates shown are configured by the operator. Existing contracts keep the rate recorded at activation. Rewards are calculated without automatic compounding and posted every six hours when the maintenance cron runs.
Deposits and withdrawals
Use the exact currency, network, address, memo and payment amount stated in the invoice. Deposit limits and available networks are set by the operator and payment providers. Withdrawals require a saved destination, sufficient available balance and your current password. Fees and minimums are shown before submission. An uncertain gateway result remains reserved until reconciled to avoid double payments.
Account security
Do not share passwords or verification codes. A first withdrawal destination can be saved using your current password. Replacements and password changes additionally require an email verification code. The operator can restrict accounts to investigate abuse or payment disputes.
Operator information
The operator must maintain current business identity, service terms and support contact details. These starter terms describe the software’s behavior and must be adapted to the actual service offered.
